Development Producer, Skylight Theater Company, October 2012 - March 2015

Originated and designed role. Ran all facets of the Inkubator new reading series, including script selection, acting as the single point of contact for writers and directors, casting, marketing production scheduling, and standards compliance. Created process for tracking all facets of script submissions, including tracking legal releases and production agreements. Skylight Theatre productions regularly earn "top 10 shows of the year" rankings from LA Weekly. and attracts top talent.

Internal Sales, Westlake Financial Services; August 2011-Sept 2012

B2B Sales and Training: Duties include mastery of Westlake’s entire underwriting process and its native underwriting application, and then being able to train auto dealership personnel nationwide, daily, via web conference, in effective underwriting, sales, and loan funding packages (ie paperwork!). 

 

Retention Manager, Dealer Relations/Operations, Internet Brands/CarsDirect.com; Los Angeles July 2007-August 2011

Top 50-100 B2B account retention responsibility: Directly responsible for coordinating all client relation and retention efforts with sales management staff for CarsDirect top 100 accounts, with annual revenue over $4 million. Defined and designed retention agenda and conceptual framework used by all sales staff.

Used Listings Content Management: full responsibility and managed staff for the initial data feed set up and quality control of all used inventory automotive internet listings (exact same idea as AutoTrader) for all of our automotive dealership clients. Initiated the “vendor relations” role within the company. A core team member responsible in tandem with IT staffers for the migration of CarsDirect’s used listings aggregation to our new vendor Homenet from our previous vendor Ryantech.

Manager: led 7 account managers.

Sales Trainer: Designed and taught an internet sales training program for our new dealership customers, delivered via web conference. Designed and taught a training program for account management staff. New hire sales staff trainer.

Tech project requirement designer for client Hertz.  Project was internet lead marketing project for rental car sales to the public.

Creative Content creator and producer, including logos, headers, automotive articles for a client newsletter, and more.

Conducted market surveys of our automobile dealership customers. Managed several special pilot programs designed by COO.

Automobile sales broker: 781 cars sold—80-150 phone calls per day , plus email and fax to potential customers and dealer partners. Sold every make and model of automobile. Consistently ranked in the top 5% of Vehicle Specialists(floor staff of 60- 105) in 3 categories: overall profit margin earned, margin earned per lead, and lead to sale conversion. Achieved team MVP award multiple times, achieved top ranking in customer service over a 6 month period.
